- What is your turnaround time?
That depends on the availability of the studio and the keyboard player we want to use for your project, but usually 3 to 7 days.
- What happens if I am not happy with the preview?
If you believe that some tweaks are needed, we'll implement them and send you a new preview. If, however, you believe the mix is far from what you expected (which has never happened), we'll refund you the money, as per our 100% satisfaction guarantee policy.
- How can I pay for your services?
We accept payments via credit/debit cards and Paypal. We can also facilitate a bank transfer where it financially makes sense.
- Do you offer discount if more songs are ordered?
Yes, we give discounts. The more songs you order, the greater the discount.
