FAQ
Is it possible to be virtually present during a recording session?
Currently it is not possible to be virtually present, but we are working on creating a quality interface between you, the client, and our session musicians. As we operate from several studios around the globe, it is not that easy to get them ready for this type of communication. However, we hope to have this option up and running very soon.
What is your payment policy?
For small orders, such as instrumental tracks, we ask for the full payment upfront. The reason for this is simple: most of our costs for these services occur at the beginning of the process (ex: paying session musicians, the recording engineer, the studio). For bigger orders that are done over a longer period of time and consist of several separate steps, such as full song or album production, we can split the full fee into more payments, first of which is due prior to the start of our work, and the last one is due before the final master tracks are sent to a client.
We do offer a money-back guarantee to first-time clients. You can read more about our guarantees on the SUPREME TRACKS GUARANTEES page.
What happens if I am not happy with the results?
We are very certain that if you provide us with quality input, we will deliver exactly what you wanted. However, if you end up not liking the tracks we recorded, we will go back to the recording studio and modify them based on your feedback – free of charge.
If you are a first-time customer and you realize your expectations were much different than what you received with our tracks, just ask us about the full money-back guarantee! You can read more about our guarantees on the SupremeTracks Guarantees page.
I would like to produce a full album with you. Do you offer special rates for this type of service?
ABSOLUTELY! We love working on full albums! Please contact us and explain your idea. We will create a package that will both meet your budget and keep us up-and-running!
