The Challenge

- Create a beautiful MIDI mockup and overdub violin, viola, cello, and bass one at a time.

Our Production Plan For Live Strings

Step 4: Editing and comping
We comped the best takes, tightened entrances, and preserved human push and pull. No sterile grid, only musical precision.
Step 5: Delivery for mix and vinyl
We delivered multitrack stems plus a polished premix, leaving headroom for Jonathan’s mastering chain and the vinyl lacquer requirements.
Ownership: Jonathan keeps all rights to his music and recordings.
